		<description>Yes, Tony. your Chinese does make sense, grammatically speaking. :) 
I do have the Chinese fonts (unicode) installed on my system. Generally speaking, you would not be able to recognize the language if you dont have these fonts installed. But the thing is when you cannot recognize these languages, the system would automatically remind you to install these fonts.</description>
